Redline Auto Supply Canada™ is committed to providing high-quality automotive parts. Please review the following return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase or invoice is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Electrical or electronic components.
• Special-order items.
• Installed, used, or damaged parts.

Return Process

All returns require prior authorization from Redline Auto Supply Canada™. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Redline Auto Supply Canada™.

Refunds

Approved refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, unless the return is due to an error by Redline Auto Supply Canada™.

B2B Returns

Trade and wholesale accounts may be subject to different return terms as outlined in their account agreement or invoice.
Redline Auto Supply Canada™ reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the aboveconditions.
Certain B2B or special-order items may be deemed final sale as indicated on the invoice.
