All returns require prior authorization from Redline Auto Supply Canada™. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Redline Auto Supply Canada™.
Approved refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, unless the return is due to an error by Redline Auto Supply Canada™.
Trade and wholesale accounts may be subject to different return terms as outlined in their account agreement or invoice.
